Salary: £51,600 – £55,200 per year

A highly respected Not for Profit organisation are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to support them in fostering relationships across departments to implement an efficient insight and information service across the business. This role is offered on a hybrid basis requiring some office working in Kent and the rest of the week remote working.
Your duties will include supporting the build of a reporting strategy and implementation plan, leadership on the design and delivery of reporting projects, implementation of business intelligence tools ensuring data is relayed to non-technical audiences, as well as hands-on complex data analysis and visualisation. This role requires equal measure of somebody who can build strong internal business relationships to contribute to the ‘bigger picture’ alongside the capability of being a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst.
Essential Skills:
- A successful commercial track record as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Lead/Manager or similar
- Demonstrable experience of SQL & SSRS
- Power BI
- Complex report building
- Working with/manipulating large datasets
- Trend analysis
- Systems/data process improvement
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Relevant IT certifications
