Our client in the Education Sector is currently looking to recruit a Business Insight and Performance Manager to join them on a contract basis. This contract will be Inside IR35 and will be PAYE/Umbrella company. This Business Insight and Performance Manager will work with the Business Management Team, within the Insights and Performance team in a multi-functional post with dual responsibilities. The Business Insight and Performance Manager of providing high quality MI, reports and dashboards that helps the organisation utilise data to produce meaningful insights and support business decision making.

Skills and experience

• Experienced in delivering a suite of management information and performance reports, driving continuous improvements.
• Adept with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAS (particularly Enterprise Guide), SQL and Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
• Experience of working with or administering a CRM system such as Salesforce (or similar) also highly desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical skills and to communicate complex information quickly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience of using statistical modelling to support the creation of business forecasts and forecasting scenarios.
• Experience of using datasets to develop business insights in support of the development of business plans.
• Ability to cope with multiple demands effectively, using excellent planning and prioritising capabilities.
• Experience of working in Higher Education sector or HE-related knowledge is desirable.
