A Networking role has become available with a well-respected & forward-thinking fit-out contractor in Central London.
With a group turnover in excess of £200m, this contractor has historically specialised in traditional fit-out but this role will focus and operate within their growing D&B function.
The Networker will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing professional (Agent and Project Management) relationships, becoming the glue between the business and Professional teams, uncovering opportunities for the team to pursue, and organising / hosting corporate events & seminars.
Some of your responsibilities
- Targeted on developing new relationships with Commercial agents and Project managers operating across London and beyond
- Nurture existing relationships with Commercial agents and Project managers
- Targeted on uncovering relevant opportunities through your relationships/ network.
- Liaising closely with the telesales team to develop contact strategies for potential opportunities.
- Organise and implement events for Commercial agents and Project managers.
Skills, qualifications and experience:
- Candidate will need an existing network of Commercial agents and/ or Project managers.
- A proven track record of developing professional relationships
- Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Good knowledge of commercial property industry.
- Solid business understanding
- Professional and presentable.
- Confident communicator
- Organisation skills
- Team player qualities
- Engaging
- Lateral thinker and creative in developing relationships and business opportunities.
- Has gravitas to make first contact and connect with different types of professionals.
- Intelligent, worldly, educated – able to captivate people and hold an interesting conversation.
- Organised in managing own database, keeping tabs on everyone and following up.
