£35 – £45,000 + OTE Commission, Car, Pension, Laptop and Phone

The company have expanded quickly over the last 12 months and are looking to develop further across the UK. Our client provide opportunities for career development and training into high-level sales. Our client specialise in recycling, working on a brand-new facility they will eventually require a sales manager to develop sales across the UK.

ROLE
The successful Business Development Candidate will be solely responsible for sales predominantly targeting large manufacturing and retail outlets.
You will be the self-generating face of business development, targeting national accounts through a structured sales process and the development of tender bids.
You will also have experience of Account Management, helping to develop key accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
As a sales executive you will work towards structured business development targets, with fantastic earning potential opportunities.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You MUST HAVE previous business development experience in the waste management & recycling industry.
A detailed knowledge of the waste industry in Scotland is REQUIRED.
You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record against sales targets in a business development environment.
