Salary: £42,000 per year
Business Development Manager, £35,000 + basic depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure, realistic earnings in year 1 £70,000 +, year 2 onwards over £100,000. Unparalleled career progression, with an option to grow and manage your own team within 12-18 months. St Helens, WA9, Easy access from M62.
Are you someone with Business Development experience? Have you worked in a consultative sales role selling a complex solution? Do you have experience in recruitment, technology or finance related sales? Do you have experience of closing high value, long term deals. Do you have a sales record of billing £500k annually? Does being a Business Development Manager for one of the largest and fastest growing resourcing solutions businesses excite you?
Over the past 5 years 360 Resourcing Solutions have grown from the proverbial garage office to 3 offices in St Helens, Manchester and most recently London. We have firmly established ourselves as a market leader in online candidate attraction and have won 3 recruiter awards. We are looking to continue this phenomenal growth throughout 2015 and are looking for a Business Development Manager to work as part of our Business Development Team
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager will have:
– Solution based sales experience, able to discuss mutli-product solutions.
– 5 years plus new business development experience.
– An ability to create an innovative solution for resourcing and recruitment strategy.
– A proven track record in closing high value, long term deals
– A desire to succeed and to achieve all targets set
– Experience of negotiating at director level and working with SME and listed businesses.
– Someone who values autonomy and wants to be part of a business that allows you to operate in a collaborative environment.
– Able to work at a fast pace and be able to absorb information quickly
– Ability to travel on a national basis
