Senior Business Development Manager (Manned Guarding & Security Services)
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £48,000 – £54,000Basic + Commission Realistic £100,000k plus OTE Uncapped
My client is currently looking to appoint an experienced sales focused Business Development Manager to their UK management team.
My client is offering market leading commission and a real opportunity for career progression. Applicants must have a proven track record of developing business within the Manned Guarding sector and ideally Close Protection and physical Security.
Main Responsibilities:
• Source and develop profitable new business
• Effective communication with existing and potential customers.
• Ability to effectively tender proposals.
• Preparation of quotations and tenders
• Prompt action of sales leads as directed by the Director.
• Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.
• Effective management of Company sales database.
• Completion of accurate activity reports on Directors request.
Personal Qualities/Skills:
• Previous experience developing business in the UK Security or Manned Guarding sector
• First class negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and reliant.
• Must have good presentation skills,
• Persistent and competitive
Candidates must have prior experience selling Manned Guarding & Security Services in the UK.
