Business Development Account Manager
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per yearwith Commission giving an OTE of £25,000 in year 1, £45,000 in Year 2 and £55,000 in Year 3 plus an excellent benefits package with Christmas Bonus, Pension and Free Gym Membership
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Account Manager to work for a progressive and professional company. This is a superb and very varied role which involves generating new business and proactive management of existing accounts after successfully winning their business. You duties will include:
Identification and development of new opportunities with new business accounts (of medium size to large size businesses) through making outbound sales calls, collating commercial information, building rapport and booking appointments
Attending meeting with prospective customers across the UK, using a consultative style to identify their needs and tailor appropriate solutions
Development and maintenance of strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients and consistently strive to achieve their expectations
Management of the sales process from start to finish
Maintaining product knowledge at all times
The ideal Candidate will be have a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets with the following skills and experience also being required:

Articulate and confident communicator
High level of integrity
Accuracy and attention to detail
Immaculately presented
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Car driver with willingness to travel across the UK
