The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development new business and the nurturing of existing customers in the mid-market and blue chip sectors. Your role will predominantly focus on making sales presentations at board level within manufacturing environment, large retail environments and within the public sector. Based from the North West based office 1 day per week and based in the field 4days per week, you must be comfortable working towards targets and working autonomously from home. You must be well versed in setting clear KPI orientated goals as well as in field guidance to the field sales team. The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in a business to business service led environment with a track record in sales. You must be driven by your career and highly competent at implementing structured business approaches and procedures. You must be polished in presentation, highly motivational and empathetic towards customers. You must live in the North West of England or Yorkshire and you must have proven track record of getting results..
