Business Development Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year

We are excited to now further our horizons due to demands within this Offshore Renewable Energy sector and be able to advertise the news are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.

The Business Development Manager will be tasked with developing new contracts within the industry and ensure an increase in sales and margin worldwide. They will deliver profitable growth identifying business opportunities and converting into sales, with the back-up of a highly experienced and successful Recruitment Team.

Required;

* Sales capabilities acquired over a period of at least three years.

* Ideally working experience of Offshore Energy Industry or similar over a period of at least five years.

* Self-starter personality, capable of working autonomously and with minimal supervision

* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; able to cold call potential clients with confidence to generate a substitutional pipeline of opportunities.

* Ambitious individual ready to embrace the vision and mission statement of an aggressively expanding business and make a name for himself in the process.

* Willingness to undertake extensive international travel when required.
