The Role: FX Broker

A target driven role to generate revenue and profit from Commercial Clients with Foreign Exchange exposure.

The role will involve initiating contact, attending client meetings, exceeding set KPI’s and managing clients through the sales cycle to execution.
The successful candidate will join our FX desk in Reading and be required to: initiate and develop relationships with senior level management of potential clients, to understand their FX requirements and up-sell by my client to be their preferred partner of choice.

As a new team member you will be trained and equipped with the required skills to open, close and execute high value FX deals and expand our client base further through business development and delivering on promises to our clients.

If successful in your application, you will be welcomed to our team and supported through your development, but in return you’ll be expected to become an excellent problem solver and consistently demonstrate the constructive use of feedback.

What we will provide and promise to you
Basic Salary of £36,000 – £90,000depending on experience
Minimum OTE depending on basic of £37,000 in year one, £65,000+ by year two and £100,000+ by year three.
