Business Development Executive – Telecomms

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LONDON & SOUTH
£35k plus £10k Bonus plus Car Allowance of £450 P/M

We are proud to recruit for our client based in London and the South; we are looking to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who are looking for their next challenge.

To apply for this role you should have two years Account Management experience, sales experience gained within a telephone or face to face role, competency in working with single sales opportunity planning tools and a full UK driving licence.
The main purpose of the role is to manage and develop new business for existing and prospective clients inside the target area, primarily targeting the financial re-seller market.

Role Responsibilities
• To achieve and exceed all agreed sales targets and performance measures
• To proactively target new business and to seek additional revenue streams.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet short and medium term business plans.
• To be the Primary supplier of communications to existing miscellaneous and new accounts.
• React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues.
• Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal contacts
• Regularly monitor the account base to better understand buying patterns and to identity opportunities.
• Maintain full, accurate, honest and timely records.
• Respond to management requests in a timely manner.
• To undertake all training required to develop the role as required.

Experience in the telecommunications industry would be advantageous when applying for
this position.
