Business Development Consultant
Our Business Development Consultant identify and locate suitable employers for our customers. As a skilled business developer you will be using sales skills to build relationships with employers, manage their expectations, and ensure they work with us time and again to provide employment opportunities for our customers. Looking for new business and locating new multi-vacancy opportunities you will be responsible for selling Seetec’s services across all the employability contracts ensuring Seetec becomes a trusted partner in the local area for recruitment. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have a passion for our business hard to ensure our customers find the opportunities to achieve their career goals.

Key Accountabilities
*Cold calling and contacting local employers to source appropriate, managed vacancies *To work with employers, influencing and designing effective recruitment processes *Generating a high level of sales activity, to develop and drive new vacancies *Build and maintain professional internal relationships *Running screening workshops and vacancy awareness *Attending meetings with employers, writing email approaches and proposals, and attending local employer networking events to promote our services.

Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in working in a target driven environment (preferably sales, recruitment, outbound business telesales) *Ability to work across multiple targets *Ability to network effectively and maximise business development opportunities. *Good presentation and networking skills *Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes. *Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. *Self-motivated and can work proactively independently or as part of a team. *Excellent IT skills

Additional Information
Salary up to £31,200Flexibility on Travel required.
