Business Development Consultant (French Markets)

My client is a leading developer of Integrated Data Engineering Applications to assist clients in collecting, managing and leveraging data, based in Birmingham.

We seek a graduate or experienced (1-2 years) Sales or Business Development Consultant, we seek a French speaker who will work on the French markets and assist the company in answering mostly incoming Sales enquiries which come in via e-mail and telephone from the client’s website. This position will NOT involve cold calling clients. It will be your responsibility to answer all incoming enquiries, contact clients, walk them through features of the companies software, perform on-line demonstrations and ideally book appointments for more Technical Sales members to attend. Once you are very comfortable with the software you will progress to a Business Development Manager where you will be the person that visits clients to perform demonstrations and presentations directly with clients.

We are seeking somebody who is totally IT literate, ideally who has worked with complex software previously. Ideally we are seeking people who are educated to degree level, and whom have 1-2 years experience in selling / working with Software, if you have experience of Data software i.e. Oracle, MS SQL Server, Data Collection this would be to your advantage. You MUST speak fluent French to a conversational / business level.
