Business Analyst Entry Level

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

We are working with a leader in their market, seeking an entry level Business Analyst. This role would suit a recent graduate. The business have recently embarked on an IT transformation programme across all areas of the business to support its continuing strategy, this role will be responsible for effectively harnessing Data and Analytics.

Hours – 9am -5:30pm

Location – Working from home

There will be a 6 weeks inhouse training program to get you updated with my processes.

Key Accountabilities:

With guidance, works with business system colleagues to clarify requirements; assists in the planning of implementation and to refers queries to appropriate colleagues for resolution

Documents requirements for the subsequent identification of an appropriate solution and assists in the detailed design of a business process to accommodate it

Undertakes business analysis projects and tasks under the direction of more experienced analysts or project staff

Carries out mentored planning and execution of analysis work on multiple simple projects

Undertakes personal responsibility for IT data security by ensuring that rules and practices are identified

Identifies and determines simple end-to-end business processes using methods discussed and approved by a senior BA

Presents straightforward analysis results to process owners and business users

What you’ll need to succeed:

A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., finance or business related)

Exceptional proficiency in excel

Strong communication abilities in both verbal and written English

Exceptional attention to detail

Desire to work within a team whilst managing individual responsibilities
