Business Analyst – Digital Channels

This excellent digital Games company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with good project management skills to lead analysis and planning on digital channels.
This will involve analysis and planning of the Digital Roadmap but also the delivery of the Roadmap including digital initiatives such as:
- Further integration of existing web presence
- Definition and implementation of community strategy
- Optimisation of mobile access to websites
- Enhancement of e-Commerce features
- Enhancement of social features
- Content aggregation
- Development of personalisation, experimentation & maturity
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse and document business strategy and requirements for the digital business
Evaluate the suitability of proposed solutions against business objectives
Coordinate implementation of solutions – including testing, training, and other deployment tasks
Skills and Experience needed:
- Demonstrated ability to shape unstructured ideas into work requirements and work packages
- Strong experience on consumer facing websites, implementation of best in class user experience and technologies
- Practical and recent exposure to Social Media listening and management tools
- Understanding of project lifecycles and project management methodologies, Agile particularly.
- Understanding of business analysis and process-modelling methodologies
- Understanding of CRM, E-commerce and Customer Journey concepts
- Excellent Communication and Listening skills
- A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes
- Ability to work across several initiatives at once, often at a high pace
- Adobe’s AEM experience is a plus
- Experience of international roll-out
- Previous experience of project management
- A passion for delivering great customer experience
