My client is looking for a Bulgarian speaking Customer Service Advisor to support their online shopping website. The role will involve dealing with inbound calls and written communication from Bulgarian customers in relation to the online purchases, delivery, stock This is a permanent role for a company that is part of one of the largest growing web based companies in the UK/Europe

Shift patterns will vary to suit the clients and you will be required to work a rotating shift pattern.

The position is based in warrington England
