Salary: £27,600 – £33,600 per year
Premier Engineering is working with a company based in the West Midlands where an opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a brand new team. The company specialism is property and construction consultancy.
The successful Building Mechanical Services Engineer will be required to have previous experience working within a building services environment, good communication skills and the ability to develop and write reports.
The successful Mechanical Building Services Engineer is required to have the below skills and experience:
Skills & Abilities
“Minimum HNC Building Services Engineer, desirable BEng Building Services Engineering or working towards qualification
“Proven ability to design Mechanical Building Service Systems and demonstrate rationale behind proposals
“Demonstrate experience in new build and refurbishment projects across a range of industry sectors i.e. education or residential
“Minimum requirement effective use of AutoCAD, desirable have use of Revit MEP
“Knowledge, understanding and application of low carbon design
The Salary for the Mechanical Building Services Engineer is 23-30k plus benefit package.
