The Company
My client is one of the UK leading engineering and construction companies, providing specialist building, civil engineering and industry focussed skills to a range of market sectors including commercial, industrial, education, rail, aviation, Government/MOD, waste and energy.

The Role
Building Services, Senior Building Services Manager, Senior Technical Services Manager

You will be required to carry out the full management of all building services on various projects across the South West region. Projects typically vary from £250k – £12million in value.
You will be educated to a minimum HND level in a relevant field.
You will have a proven background of at least 10 years’ experience with a main contractor with extensive periods where you have proven your skills within a single company managing the building services from conception to completion.
You will be positive, focused, results driven Senior Building Services Manager looking to progress in your career.
This role will require you to undergo security checks before being allowed on any of the sites.
