Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.
Job Description
You will be required to work in and around the Hull area conducting routine and reactive maintenance to various domestic and commercial properties and refurbishment works on various projects
You will have either served an apprenticeship as a Bricklayer, Plasterer or a Tiler to a minimum Level 2 standard.
You may be either working as part of a team on large projects or on your own travelling to various properties in the Hull area. This work will be on Void Properties or Adaptations.
These are Permanent positions with guaranteed 40 hours, great career opportunities, guaranteed hours.
Role Requirements
* Minimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (Served an apprenticeship) (Will need to Prove)
* CSCS Card
* Own Tools
* Driving Licence
