My client is looking experienced Plasterer to join their multi-trades maintenance team on a permanent basis in London.

Ideally you will have experience in the social housing maintenance sector and have experience of lath and plastering.

There is some travel involved with this position so you must hold a full UK driving licence.

My client is a successful construction, development, maintenance and management group operating throughout southern England. They are a multi-talented organisation, working across a wide range of market sectors within the built environment.

The main responsibilities include:

*Being responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on social housing
*Plastering – both lath and plaster and conventional, such as plaster boards
*Patch work and skimming
*Some general residential building maintenance when required

Our requirements include:

*Have a strong Plastering background – ideally experience of lath and plaster on old properties
*Social housing/residential experience
*CSCS card
*Ideally hold relevant trade qualification
*Full UK driving licence
