RECRUITMENT BRANCH MANAGER – COVERING MATERNITY LEAVE – BUSY HIGH STREET BRANCH
My client is looking for a Branch Manager to cover a Maternity leave in a busy Sheffield Branch.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive to Achieve
To carry out direct sales to client prospects and customer service activities, acting as a role model for direct reports.
Manage and deliver excellent customer service and achieve high levels of client retention through close monitoring of customer satisfaction and implementing activities to continuously improve service, including, SLAs, service reviews, customer feedback and customer service initiatives.
Business Acumen
To build a branch that meets the standards of the Adecco Benchmark Card.
To implement Adecco’s business plans at Branch level through the management of the branch operations
Identify opportunities for national business and local tenders and ensure the opportunities are met as effectively as possible to maximise Adecco’s business development.
Relationship Building
Establish and maintain good relationships with prospect clients through assessing their specific needs and winning the business through professional and appropriate solution and pricing proposals.
Continually improve client relationships by reviewing customer feedback information and taking positive steps to address customer concerns and build on causes of satisfaction.
Maintain ongoing positive relationships on a weekly basis with candidates and regular contact to maintain commitment and ensure availability.
Review branch ‘dormant’ clients and maintain ongoing relationships with them, promoting Adecco’s services.
Organisational Capability
Plan, monitor and control all of the branch activities to ensure that the branch objectives and KPIs are met.
Ensure compliance requirements are met within the branch, implementing and controlling audit and quality processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and legislative requirements, including Health and Safety; Human Resource policies and diversity.
People Skill and Sensitivity
Ensure the candidate experience is positive and rewarding in order to encourage them to continue to use Adecco as a route to employment.
Active and Creative Learning
Devise and implement innovative sales approaches in order to maximise new business opportunities.
Regularly review branch sales and revenue performance and plan new sales activities accordingly.
Leading Other’s Development
To provide effective management of a number of the branch staff through performance management, the training and development of branch staff and overall control of sales management and customer service management.
Motivate and manage the performance of branch staff, including setting performance targets and managing staff to achieve them, creating and implementing training plans, ensuring all staff have personal development plans, recognising and rewarding performance and addressing any under-performance.
Coach direct reports in sales and customer service and build high levels of expertise in these activities.
Strategic Business Development
Formulate and agree targets, objectives and KPIs with the Regional Manager for the branch in line with business plans and plan the Branch activities and approaches to achieve them.
To ensure the branch achieves and exceeds its objectives and KPIs through the detailed management of the Branch performance.
Manage the sales process by agreeing a programme of sales visits and monitoring the outcomes.
Analyse management information on the branch performance in order to manage activities with regard to pricing, credit control, margins, recruitment and business mix.
Miscellaneous
Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Regional Manager.
