About the role:
Working alongside the busy Service Department within my client’s main franchised dealership based in Plymouth, you will be responsible for the customers’ vehicle service and repair requirements from the initial booking through to the completion and hand over of the vehicle.

I am looking to speak to candidates who are keen and dynamic, with experience of working within an automotive customer service environment. You will be customer focused, personable, and adaptable and target driven.

Working through database management and research, the successful candidate will be making outbound calls to customers and booking service/repair appointments, you will me managing seasonal product campaigns. Every customer will be left with confidence in not only the dealership but the brand itself.

About the person:

Experience gained within the automotive industry, i.e. as a Service Advisor/Booking Advisor will be advantageous. Knowledge of DMS is also an advantage, although not essential. Strong customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner, you will be enthusiastic and will want to go that extra mile for the customer at all times.

Candidates must live within the Plymouth area.
