Billings Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a leading energy provider with a regional office based in Shipley is keen to appoint an experienced Billings Customer Service Administrator.
You will be responsible for dealing with billings enquires from a range of customers to include housing associations, private and commercial clients.
This role will involve managing customer enquiries on billings, estimations and credits, all concerning energy usage.
This role is a combination of both calls handling and investigating complex queries. You will have similar experience and enjoy in a combined customer service and administration role, whilst having a keen eye for detail and able to interpret data quickly an accurately.
As this role involves interpreting excel data, you will also have advanced levels of MS Excel.
This role will commence on a temporary contract with opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract.
