We are inviting applications for BDM Forex based in Leicester for an international Bank.

Job Description:

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking relationships active in the India linked segment for FX, liabilities and trade requirements from the branch banking channels.
Understand the Market Trends and onboard new to the bank relationships for India linked businesses across Midlands.
Managing & growing the brand in the Business Banking community in the Midlands through tie ups, sales promotion activities, attending & organizing events and seminars.
Understand & comply with conduct risk requirements to meet the Group’s conduct risk policies and expectations of regulators.
To exhibit high levels of customer service & sound understanding of business banking transactions.
Successfully interact with internal stakeholders across different departments and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.Key skills and Knowledge Requirements:

Sound Understanding & prior experience of working in Business Banking environment and handling SME and/or Business clients, preferably in Midlands.
Selling / Negotiating / Networking / relationship management skills
Knowledge of credit skills will be added advantage.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to communicate with all levels in an organisation
Disciplined approach to deal execution / client follow up
Self-motivated and self-driven
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Ability to sense and scan external environment to assess the threats and opportunities.
