Retail Banking NVQ / QCF Trainer Assessor

One of the UK’s largest National training providers are looking for a qualified or trainee Financial Services Assessor to deliver NVQ/QCF Apprenticeships in Retail Banking covering South Wales

This role is offered on an initial 1 year FTC to cover a maternity however there is a possibility for the role to go permanent.

In this role you’ll have the chance to…

* Support young people in the development of their career in Retail Banking
* Induct learners into and support their induction with their employer
* Use innovative online learning technology to support the learners’ journey and development
* Act as a key contact for information, advice and guidance
* Travel across the region working with different learners and businesses

Requirements for this role:

Essential:
*Experience of working in the Retail Banking industry EG in a bank or building society, call centre or remote financial services site.
*Experience of a variety of duties including creating and maintaining customer accounts, operating currency tills and counter services and handling payments
*Supervisory experience
*Full driving licence and use of own car
*Appropriate level of literacy and numeracy

Desirable:
*Knowledge of Government funded programmes
*NVQ/Key skills in the workplace
*Knowledge of work based learning
*A1/TAQA /D32,33 Certificate
