Band 8a Operational Lead Eip in Essex

Salary: £54 – £60 per hour

Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently looking for an Band 8a Operational Lead EIP in Essex for the many job vacancies that we currently have within the NHS and Community settings. Vacancies currently range from ad-hoc shifts to short and long term assignments and full time permanent roles. 

Below is just a snapshot of the current skillsets and roles that we require covering the various specialties within the sector

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Operational functioning and leadership of the Early Intervention in Psychosis team in Essex.
Clinical and managerial supervision/support and guidance to both nursing and AHP staff within the service.
Ensuring that the service meets the agreed KPIs and is operating in line with CQC guidance’s that the service is effectively monitored and delivered in a cost effective manner whilst ensuring that the care given is of the highest standard.

Skills:

RMN Mental Health or AHP, Extensive experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs and challenging behaviours. Managing clinical services. EIP RTT and FEP criteria and pathways

Have Right to Work in the UK
As a Nurse, have full NMC registration
As a HCA have a NVQ or can demonstrate a minimum of 6 months work within a mental health setting
Be fully compliant to NHS Framework standards
