Automation Architect/Head of QA – London – C#/Java – Up to 80k!

This would be an excellent fit for an experienced QA Manager or Head of QA, and ideally someone that has moved from a Test Architect background, or has strong experience of setting up test automation, ideally in a.Net environment.

You will be heading up a team that currently sits at 12, but with strong plans for growth over the next 12 months, and one hire that has already been signed off for when you join.

This position will best suit someone who not only is extremely technical and passionate, but also a great leader that knows how to get the best potential out of every employee.

Ideally (but not essential) you will carry the following traits and skills:

Previous experience managing a QA Team.
Track record of increasing quality and decreasing defects.
Experience of developing Test Automation (ideally using C#, Java would be accepted).
Experience of architecting test automation frameworks.
Ability to advise and implement processes at all stages of the Testing Lifecycle.
Excellent knowledge of multiple software lifecycle methodologies.
Vast experience of managing Testing in a.Net environment.
A passion to work with the latest, cutting edge, consumer technologies.
