Centre Manager

Salary: £37,800 per year

Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Centre Manager for a national education company specialising in extra-curricular tutoring in English and numeracy skills to children aged 5-16.

As Centre Manager, you’ll be accountable for leading a team of educational tutors and assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of managing a team and will be able to commute within the Croydon area. You’ll have excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills along with a strong desire to work collaboratively with members of your team and be passionate working within an educational setting for children. Drive and ambition towards delivering an exceptional educational service to families is key. The position is full time, working Tuesday – Saturday.

A competitive salary of up to £37,800basic is on offer depending on experience and location.

• Accountability for growing your membership through community outreach and reputation building
• Responsibility for leading and training a growing team of tutors and managers
• Ownership over the delivery of tuition sessions and providing quality feedback on progress

There are multiple centres throughout the UK, and we are currently recruiting for the Centre Manager role covering the Croydon area. Education centres are in Purley, Addiscombe, Merton, North Cheam.
