A vibrant Insight & Strategy Agency is looking for a senior Brand Strategist to join their team. They are based in central London, but work on an international scale (especially in North America and across Europe). They have principally been responsible for delivering outstanding Qualitative-led projects for their clients historically, however they are now looking to grow their ‘pure’ Strategy offering.

They are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated individual to join their senior team and allow them to continue to offer excellent work for their variety of clients.

As an Associate Director, you will take charge of projects and lead a team of more junior Consultants, and will be responsible for ensuring that clients’ needs are fully satisfied – allowing the agency to keep developing its reputation for excellent quality work. Therefore applicants will have to be confident and charismatic individuals. You will also be comfortable developing existing business for the agency, deepening client relationships and spotting opportunities.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have substantial experience at a senior level (e.g. Senior Consultant) within an insight and brand strategy consultancy.
• Have a strongly strategic focus to solving client problems, you will have experience of turning research into strategic recommendations.
• Boast an outstanding academic record, with a good degree from a highly-rated institution.
