Senior/Managing Consultants

Ameo are a dynamic consultancy and resource delivery partner who work with over 40 public sector bodies in the UK. We have ambitious plans for growth over the next five years and as we look to grow we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced management consultant to work with our Local Government consultancy practice partner.

You will be expected to work on a variety of client sites UK wide to unpack complex challenges and consult on a range of areas including:

• Business Strategy
• Target Operating and alternative delivery models
• HR
• Marketing and business development strategy
• Finance and management controls

Background Experience:

• Experience of business analysis, management consultancy practices and project management
• Practical experience of operational delivery would be beneficial
• Consultancy/service sales experience
• Have a high level of emotional intelligence and be adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
• Politically astute
• Highly IT literate
• Ability to work flexibly and at pace
• Delivery focused
• Team Player
• Pragmatic
• Be committed to delivering outstanding results

Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience.

Work will usually be based at client site, we have offices based in Hertfordshire and Warwickshire.
