Salary: £216 – £240 per day
New urgent role working as an Assistant Site Manager with a residential developer in SE London.
Candidates need to have experience working on volume residential schemes overseeing internal fit out.
Interviews will take place this week with the view to start asap.

Overseeing of subcontractors and trades on site
Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
Good IT skills and be able to use Word emails
Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
Ongoing monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule complianceRequirements:
Candidates must hold a valid CSCS and SMSTS tickets
Abestos Awareness, Manual handling, Fire Marshall and First Aid tickets in date
Good communication skills and able to work as part of a larger team
Extensive residential experience
