Company Overview: Our client are a privately owned medium sized contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £100k and £5m in value. They work within the commercial, public and residential sectors on a traditional and design and build basis.
Position: They require an Assistant Site Manager to be on refurbishment/new build contracts in London. You will be partly responsible for the delivery of the scheme heading up the site team controlling all the trades on site.
Individual: You will have a good track record of working on new build and refurbishment with main contractors
