My Client
My Client is a National house builder that has been in the industry since the 1970’s. They build around 10,000 new quality homes a year in over 400 different locations Nationwide.
Requirement
My Client is currently in the need for an Assistant Site Manager to be based on Site in the Weston Super-Mere. This will be a permanent position and you will be required to travel to different sites around the Kent area.

Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will have experience working for a regional/ National house builder as an Assistant or Site Manager. You will also have to have experience in Managing a site of over 150 units with traditional and timber frame experience.

The ideal candidate will reside in Avon Area.

Salary/ Package

This role has a negotiable salary and package range of 30 – 35k per annum + Package dependant on experience and qualifications.
