POSITION: We are looking for Sales Manager
SALARY: £42,000 – £54,000per annum
Required Experience in Medical/Healthcare Recruitment.
LOCATION: The position is based in Ilford, Essex, please get in touch for more locations.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Setting up weekly and monthly sales targets for the sales team.
* Delegation of tasks and setting up individual sales targets for the team.
* Conducting weekly sales review meetings with the sales team and take necessary steps to ensure achievement of group & individual sales targets
* Work closely with compliance and finance team to support sales team to maximise sales
* Identify new sales avenues and develop sales strategies to maximise profits
