Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
A leading wholesaler and distributer have a new opportunity due to business growth, for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of 10.
The role will involve the following:
* Lead, motivate and supervise a sales and administration team
* Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team
* Provide ongoing support to the Head of Sales
* Liaise with all key accounts and chain studios on enquiries and orders
* Compile and analyse sales statistics
* Attending exhibitions and trade shows
* Liaise with purchasing and the warehouse operation to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time
* Manage the customer database
* Coach develop existing Team leaders and Sales Admin. Staff
Experience required:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably in a sales or contact centre setting
* Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to solve day to day problems
* Excellent people management and relationship skills
* Knowledge of all Microsoft packages and CRM databases
* Excellent organisational skills coupled with administration
Benefits package:
* Salary £33,600 – £36,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonus
* Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
