Salary: £96,000 – £108,000 per year
Our client is one of the fastest growing developers in the country.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team onsite in Oxford.
The project is an RC frame residential development up to 6 storeys in height. The project comprises of 146 units in total. Demolition has just started so there is a long time left on the job.
Our client is looking for candidates with experience on similar residential projects, working with either a developer or a principal contractor. Experience in RC Frame residential developments is essential.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of £96,000 – £108,000+ generous package.
