ROLE: Assistant Quantity Surveyor National House Builder – Bedford
PACKAGE: £30,000 – £36,000 plus company car (Mercedes A-Class or similar) bonus scheme (typically around 10-15% of salary) and other superb benefits

We are currently working with a leading National House Builder in their search for a new Assistant Quantity Surveyor. For the right person they will offer an excellent remuneration package as well as unrivalled career development – with fast-track progression to running their own projects within 6-12 months.

COMPANY:
The company are a 350 unit a year division of a major National House Builder. Known for their attention to detail and quality of build, they are expanding massively and as part of this exponential growth, are looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

ROLE:
· The company are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in Bedford with frequent site visits within the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire regions.
· Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on new build residential developments dealing with such duties as reporting and running sub-contractor accounts.
· The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be underneath a Senior Quantity Surveyor with excellent opportunities of progression if successful.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
You will have worked with a Developer or Main Contractor and have at least 2 years + experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The ideal person will be on the cusp of running their own smaller job and looking to make the step up to work for a massively growing and privately owned developer with a superb reputation.
