The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to assist the Operations Manager in the efficient and effective management of the contract regarding HSEQ, Operations, budget responsibilities and business development.
Responsible for leading a team of people which involves both engagement and development through the Company Values, Behaviours and Performance Framework.
Principal Responsibilities
- Devise, implement and review operational processes and procedures to meet Company and Customer standards.
- Liaise with Central support and technical teams where appropriate.
- Ensure an up-to-date maintenance programme is in place where appropriate.
- Develop effective working relationship with Central Support and Technical teams to ensure streamlined approach to operational delivery.
- Promote and develop best operational practices.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation to meet operational demand.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of a marine-based environment and showcase a track record in people management, development, and organisational skills. We are looking for an individual with confident leadership abilities, self-drive, and a strong team player mindset.
