Assistant HR Business Partner

Salary: £30,000 per year

An enthusiastic and engaging HR generalist is sought by an education charitable Trust in Surrey which provides facilities, services and resources for people affected by autism.

Partnering with Managers and Teachers across three client groups, the main school, adult centre, and shared services & enterprises, we are seeking an individual who will provide advice and support to staff on best HR practice.

You will have a good understanding of the full employment lifecycle, will lead on recruitment campaigns, from advertisement, managing responses to appointment and onboarding, and conduct pre-employment checks in line with statutory compliance, promote a strong culture around GDPR guidelines and support on the completion of payroll.

Ideally CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, be a strong communicator with sound people skills. Experience in education, social care or the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.

This is a full time, all year through, on-site role. Car driver essential due to the rural location of the school.
