Assessor – Hospitality and Catering

Our client is a rapidly expanding adult training provider looking for the following person to join the team –

Trainer/Assessor – Hospitaltiy & Catering (Catering focus)
London & South East
Salary scale £28,800 – £32,400

Full time permanent post

Travel required across London and the Home Counties.

Job Purpose:

To coach, train and assess candidates primarily through the Apprenticeship framework, complying at all times with organisation and Awarding Organisations Quality Assurance requirements. You will be responsible for a caseload of 40-45 learners assessing via e-portfolio. It is essential you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Candidates must have experience working as an assessor and hold the following qualifications:

Literacy and numeracy at least level 2 (grade c or above).
A1/D32/D33/A1 Assessors Award Level 3 or TAQA level 3
Teaching qualification such as PTLLS.

Occupational experience within the industry sector and experience delivering qualifications in these sectors
