Do you have bags of hospitality experience? Are you proud to set an example in everything you do? Paid weekly, from £26,000 per year including holiday, higher rates for over 25?s and for supervisors. We need you to be very available from now until mid-December – you?re really flexible, so will be happy to work at the weekend sometimes, or 5-6 days some weeks when we?re super busy (extra pay, hurrah!).

If you?re a driver, FAB! It?s not essential, but if you are you get to drive teams to shifts (who doesn?t love a road trip?!), be flipping amazing while you?re working the shift, and drive them safely home again.

With your huge experience as a hospitality team leader (maybe you?ve run a section of a restaurant, or helped to manage teams) you just love people? talking to them, training them, looking after them on shifts, and being very firm but fair and kind?

?but dictators aren?t wanted here: you lead with warmth, fairness and a cool head. Problem-solving is your speciality and you do it effortlessly (we?ve run out of teaspoons?you?re on the case. Guest asking for a?gluten-free, lactose-free, no pickles, no celery, well-cooked, absolutely-no-fun-at-all? option?you know who to ask. Team member lost outside the venue?you?re all over it?cos you take everything in your stride).

As our eyes and ears out on site and clients will love your proactive attitude – you?re capable and confident, and you won?t mind supervising teams from other companies as well as your own team. We?ll love your constant constructive feedback about both clients and team members. When you spot a future team leader you?ll tell us, and you?ll put a caring arm around new team members encouraging, reassuring and training on the job. It?ll be a relief for us to know you?re signing our teams in at events because we know your eagle eyes spot the smallest earrings or a missing button.

? Great pay: the absolute minimum is £26,000 per year, (£26,000 per year for age 25 and over, all including holiday pay. But, if you are under 25, once you work 30 shifts with us you will also automatically be paid £26,000 per year!). Team Leader shifts are more, but you?ll be happy to work on our minimum rate now and then to help us out
