Assembly / Manufacturing Personnel (Perm Role)

RSFL are handing the recruitment process, on behalf of Jacksons Fencing, for a number of Assembly personnel on a permanent basis.

These are important positions within the manufacturing process, where you will be working as part of a large team who produce high quality timber fencing and gate products for both the commercial and private sectors.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. The team is searching for enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic people, with manufacturing experience ideally utilising wood or similar materials.

Jacksons Fencing is a fast paced, target driven manufacturing environment therefore it is essential that candidates are physically fit, motivated and willing to go that extra mile to get the job done!

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 1745 & Fridays 8am – 1630 with opportunities for overtime after initial training completion.

Essential requirements:

Previous experience of working with a yard / workshop based environment.
Physically fit, self-motivated, disciplined, hardworking and willing to learn new skills.
Numeracy and literacy skills.
Good communication skills both written and spoken English is essential.
Your own transport is essential, although car sharing is encouraged whenever possible.

A salary c£26,000DOE
21 days holiday + Bank holidays – rising to 26 with service.

Performance and skill-related grading system in order to increase salaries. (3 reviews in the first year and 2 year on year thereafter).
