Our Client designs and manufactures high performance fiber optic laser delivery systems and lasers for commercial applications in biotechnology and semiconductor manufacturing. They now require a Manufacturing Engineer to Supporting Production Operations; Continuous Improvement; Optimising Productivity and Cost Reduction

We anticipate that you will have:

• Degree / HNC or equivalent in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or a related discipline, or be a Time Served Engineer with very relevant experience
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering in high precision industry.
• Experience in Process Improvement / Process Validation / FMEA / SPC / CAPA / VSM etc

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary of between £45,000 – £54,000(dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
