Assembler (No Experience Needed)

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a client of ours in Marlborough who are looking to recruit an assembler to join the team on either a temp to perm or permanent basis. 

The role will involve travelling to client premises to assemble goods they have ordered and fitting these foods within outside spaces, These will mainly be mainly pre-cut pieces and then fixing or bolting these pieces together. 

This role does not necessarily need any experience as they can provide full training although if you have some experience either within construction, window fitting, erecting marquees or similar this would be an advantage. 

There will be some use of hand hold tools so someone who perhaps likes using tools or being very hands on would be ideal for this role.

The role will require attending client premises so we are looking for candidates with great customer service skills, self motivated and able to work on your own and at times within a team too. 

There may also be times where you have 1-2 nights away and all expenses such as hotels / overnights are paid along with a food allowance and additional pay for your night away. 

Average working hours are 38 hours per work averaging between 8am and 5pm with guaranteed pay of 38 hours even if you do say only 32 hours per week. 

Salary for the role with no experience is between £26,000 – £28,080per year with flexibility of more for someone who has some experience.

Due to driving to client premises it is essential you have your own driving licence.
