Our client, one of the largest groups of full service digital agencies in the UK is seeking a Sales Account Manager – Account Manager – SEO Account Manager – PPC Account Manager on a full time basis to be responsible for proactively retaining and developing the client relationships and income.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Account Manager will need to retain their portfolio of clients to an established KPI retention rate
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact
• Sales Account Manager will be expected to effectively interact with other Teams – including the New Business Team when dealing with account handovers.
• Account Manager will manage expectations of all clients by communicating through meetings, verbal and email communication
• Act as first point of contact, aiming for upsells and renewals at the end of the clients year – pushed on targets

Key Qualities:

• The Sales Account Manager – Account Manager – SEO Account Manager – PPC Account Manager should have:
• Ideally, the Sales Account Manager you will have Industry experience (SEO or PPC)
• Have experience working within an agency environment is advantageous
• Have an ability to create a rapport and communicate at all levels
• Sales Account Manager will need to come from a target driven background
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
