Area Manager SMB Specialist

Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year

Purpose: To drive performance and deliver profitability, by managing the London specialist team via sales across specialist business areas

ensuring adherence to corporate strategies. Setting the standards and direction in Operations ensuring constant GP delivery.

• Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of all Agency systems and process including pay & bill, Navigator, BSBNET & Advantage.

• Effective and timely delivery of all corporate messages and communications.

• Effective management of personal time planning and organisation to ensure region is covered effectively.

• Generate new ideas when tackling situations and making improvements to the business, exchanging these ideas with senior management hroughout the company.

• Ensure the effective implementation and follow through of new projects or initiatives designed to improve business efficiencies and effectiveness.
