Job Role

We are looking for Area Managers who are passionate, commercially driven and friendly, positive and approachable, and will be able to confidently lead and inspire your senior management team. With experience in Hospitality you will be an excellent leader and will be prepared to immerse yourself in this ever growing environment.

With your own individual style and leadership skills, you will create high performing teams who create great places to work and truly memorable experiences for our customers.
As part of this role, you will be given the scope to run your group of stores as if they were your own commercial business, but with all of the support and backing you need from an organization that knows what it takes to succeed.

• Complete overview of the whole operation
• IT literate

Ideal Candidate

• The successful candidate will already have a proven track record in exceeding targets and driving performance through their teams and will already be operating at an Area Manager level.
• Must have Area Management experience within the Hospitality sector
• You will be able to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop talent, plan effectively and deliver to ambitious financial targets
• Whilst a hospitality background would be ideal, this may also represent an opportunity for someone to develop from a middle management role within food, retail, contract catering, public house or FMCG who is looking to further their career with a forward thinking, progressive organisation.
