Salary: Up to £72,000 + Bonus + Benefits

THE ROLE

As an Area Manager for this successful blue chip retailer your role will be to maximize the sales and profit performance of your area through the effective development and management of all store managers, company processes, sales opportunities and deployment of available resources on your area.

You will be accountable for the management of all our client’s processes in your area. You will be responsible for strong KPI delivery and the overall P&L performance achievement for your area. Having already proven yourself in an area management role, you’ll be self-motivated and willing to lead by example.

• A proven track record of managing a successful retail area

You will ideally have store management experience in a large turnover and square footage retail store environment along with multi-site regional experience.
