Apprenticeships Office – Citb

Adecco are currently recruiting for a temporary Apprenticeships Officer to work within the Construction Skills sector.

This is a temporary short term position. Hours – Monday-Friday (9-5pm) 35hrs p/w
�13.00-�13.43ph.

This is a multi-site field based role and so applicants must have their own private transport.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

* Promote and Identify apprenticeship placement opportunities with both employers who have not been involved in apprenticeships previously and from repeat business.
* Manage all process and administration requirements in accordance with contract requirements in support of apprentices.
* Support and mentor apprentices to ensure each reaches their maximum potential and that the apprentice well being is paramount at all times.
* To act as the main communication point to link apprentices, colleges, and employers in the coordination of apprenticeship delivery.
* Actively promote the benefits of apprenticeship providers own managing agency to any potential new employers to convert to sign up.
* Attend Careers Events to promote and provide students, schools and parents with the most up to date and relevant information concerning Apprenticeships.
* Implement recruitment and marketing strategy as directed by the Area Delivery Manager.
* Promote and secure work experience placements.
