We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who are seeking a career in sales and customer service.
Job Role: Apprentice – Contact Centre – Customer service advisor / Customer sales advisor
Salary: £26,000 per year basic + commission & travel expenses (with potential pay increases – please ask for more information)
Hours: Monday -Thursday 10:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 10am – 6pm (35 hours per week)
Location: Manchester

The Role:
To professionally deal with inbound or outbound calls from potential clients to assess their eligibility for a possible claim with regards to any previous mis-sold finances.
