A leading Automotive OEM is currently recruiting for Analysts to work in their Essex location in the Product Development Division:

Position Description:
1 – WERS Release Coordinator – Work alongside the Application Engineers to provide support in populating Firmware and Releasing sensors and modules through WERS and AVBOM

2 – Release Planner – Layout all activities required to deliver calibration releases on time
Coordinate release planning activities across departments including PTIM, PCCN Controls (Project Control and Applications) PPM and Plant and manage delivery of work plan through `Release Meeting. Follow-up on actions and ensure deliverables are met, maintaining accurate records of status and actions

3 – IT Finance Analyst, IT for ITPP management Manage relationship with the ITPPs in AP The candidate will support the Resource Request process. Provide support to the Line Manager for the Resource Request Run the approval process for the resource request Support the On- Off boarding of new resources Report Creation and data analysis

4 – Business Development Assistant – Communication and inter personal skills (face to face, telephone and e-mail), good standard of Microsoft Office, analytical. Motivation. Organisation. Time management and prioritisation.

5 – Business Analyst position to co-ordinate Powertrain Controls material cost target setting and delivery on all Ford of Europe led programmes. Knowledge of Processes and tools (Team or 4, ASAP, AVBOM, function led cost, etc.) Experience of Powertrain and/or Powertrain Controls Systems beneficial.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience of WERS component releasing/ Firmware Database
Working knowledge of WERS & AVBOM
Analytical skills to analyse information from different source
Organisational skills to organize and run review meetings
Good working in a team, able to pressure of deadlines
Working in office environment, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpt and Word, 3rd party assistance requests (via, e-mail and phone)

Experience Required:
To succeed in this role, candidates will have a background within an Engineering, or Engineering Finance function, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills.
Experience of software and the powertrain control system knowledge beneficial
Excellent project management & communications skills
Ability to work globally across a range of cultures
Highly PC literate Excel, Word etc.
IT or Financial Degree

Education Required:
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths grade C minimum
